Terms of reference
- Complete other tasks assigned by leader perform both sales and reservation functions in cargo sales team
- Maximizing capacity utilization of each outbound flight by preparing a proper load-plan in an accurate and timely manner
- Proactively communicate with agents/customers to grab every opportunity to fill-up the outbound space and maximizing revenue
- Handle bookings and agents’ enquiries, and provide excellent after-sales service
- Coordinate with cargo services team for services related issues
- Occasion sales visits to build rapport with agents/customers
Your profile
- University degree holder in any discipline, preferably in aviation, sales, or logistics
- Possess at least 2 years relevant experience in aviation or logistics industry
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skill
- Can work independently, willing to face challenge, and work under pressure
